Why volunteer for Little Heartbeats

Little Heartbeats is an international support network for families who have endured PPROM in pregnancy, we also send out free information packs to women going through PPROM, neonatal packs and baby loss cards and notepads. 

​

USA Volunteer role

​

We are looking for a proactive, passionate volunteer to run our USA Little Heartbeats team. 

​

This person will be responsible for;-

• reporting to Little Heartbeats Founder

• working along side teams Little Heartbeats Canada, Australia, UK and Worldwide

• work on social media both on the public and closed Facebook page 

• sending out PPROM packs to moms going through PPROM

• organise goods for packs 

• provide support both during and after a PPROM pregnancy

• attend events to raise awareness of PPROM

• attend hospital for presentations of PPROM 

• Raise funds 

• Log data and accounts 

• liaise with suppliers and medical professionals 

• Do live Facebook videos 

• and other duties as needed.

Social Media Volunteer role

​

We are looking for a proactive, passionate volunteer to run our Twitter and Instagram  accounts

​

This person will be responsible for;-

• working along side teams Little Heartbeats Canada, Australia, UK and Worldwide

• work on social media on our Twitter and Instragram accounts  

• help raise our awareness 

• ensure all posts are grammar checked before posting 

• be able to raise awareness of PPROM from all outcomes of PPROM

• able to communicate with medical professionals 

• show case the work of Little Heartbeats

Group admin Volunteer role  

​

We are looking for a proactive, passionate volunteer to join our team to help admin our closed groups to support our families on our closed groups 

​

This person will be responsible for;-

• working along side teams Little Heartbeats Canada, Australia, UK and Worldwide 

• mentoring families through PPROM

• adding new families to the closed group page ensuring everyone has filled out the questionaire

• ask questions on behalf of members 

• to report to the Little Heartbeats team of any concerns

Mentor volunteer role  

​

We are looking for a proactive, passionate volunteer to join our team to help mentor women in our closed groups 

​

This person will be responsible for;-

• working along side teams Little Heartbeats Canada, Australia, UK and Worldwide 

• mentoring families through PPROM

• ask questions on behalf of members 

• to report to the Little Heartbeats team of any concerns

Website Designer Volunteer role 

• reporting to the Founder

• working along side teams Little Heartbeats Canada, Australia, UK and Worldwide  

• updating the website of our families stories 

• obtaining permission slips for all families stories 

• to set the website to mobile
