Hope our miracle

As many of you know, our pregnancy with Hope was a very traumatic time for us as a family. After my waters breaking at 21+3 we were told to prepare ourselves for the worst and for our baby to be born too prematurely for any medical intervention. This is known as PPROM (Pre term Premature Rupture of Membranes).

We are so grateful to say that we got our happy ending and Little heartbeats were a pivotal part of our journey. They gave us emotional support and life saving practical advice to avoid infection, which helped me gain control in a situation whereby we felt lost. Without their support we would have been very much alone and i feel now it's time to give something back.

Little heartbeats NEEDS OUR HELP to raise funds to reach charity status in their own right. On top of sending support packs across the globe, they are on hand to give advice at all stages of PPROM on all possible outcomes and support there after. To continue this on a wider scale and continue to raise awareness means that faster action can be made when PPROM happens and this is vital in keeping those buns cooking! Everyday matters and every extra day counts.

Its time to give back and pay it forward and help in any little way i can so, I will be running in the 10K inflatable run at Leicester racecourse in June (for my sins!) If you would like to sponsor me or even better, join in our mission, please please PLEASE donate as little or as much as you can. Hope, Sophia, Luke, Simon and myself thank you for taking the time to read this and contributing to our cause. Em
