Emma's story of hope

PPROM at 14 weeks, was admitted into hospital at 24 weeks and baby Jacob was born at 31+4.

We were told all the way through the pregnancy that they couldn’t tell us what his outcome would be but had an amazing consultant who only asked us once if we wanted to terminate.

Then never mentioned it again once we said we’d continue as long as Jacob did. Jacob is now 3 years old and was recently diagnosed with pvl and cerebral palsy but does not let anything stop him
